Linda, Hank, Terry, and Sherry,
So sorry to hear about your mom's passing. What a wonderful lady. The Scrivens name always brings back great memories of our neighbors across the street. I often talk with my brothers and sister about the good old days in the neighborhood and your name always comes up.
I remember playing catch with your mom and hitting her in the eye. I remember your mom always having clothes on the line in the back yard and the hand cranked washer. I remember your kitchen and the weeping willow tree in the front yard.
Do you recall my brother John sleepwalking? He would somehow unlock our door and walk to your house and watch tv downstairs. Do you remember the rock fights? Hopefully, these memories will comfort you in your time of sorrow and revive a few laughs.
I will keep your mom and your family in my prayers.
Mary
